Foreigners should acquire the followings to the Land Registry Office when acquiring the immovables;

• Identification card or passport
• A valid residence permit (residence permit from the Immigration Office)

Before the real estate sale contract is made, an investigation should be made in the relevant Land Registry Office to determine whether there is limited real rights that prohibit the sale of this immovable property, mortgage or other situation.
